You should take a look at DBuffer Decals and the line you need to add to the .ini file to get them to show in baked lighting. (I think it's doable in the preferences now as well) Google should do the trick.

So here is the update there was an issue with the normal map on the concrete wall so once I fixed that the wall was looking better. I added some leaks to the wall as well as some new damage decals to the walls as well as some debris on the floor from the damaged walls. I need to fix the normal map from the bullet holes. I…
