So Autodesk finally fixed my subscript, was able to submit ticket, turns out they don't know what broke it but something errored and caused a single vertice to go to origin an warp the model to breaking point. So if you get an issue like this check your verts on highest subdiv level.

No everything was working terrific until I attempted to bake down sculpt detail from high res to low rez map. Until that point I was able to export models and materials fine with no export issues or upload issues etc. The lower levels of detail don't have the issues you see with the face region missing... nor did any of it…
