I have had this issue. I'm told it is a problem where you have 8192 and have reduced the texel density below 2048, but I have yet to nail it down to a specific. I think there is a bug where it is messing up the texel density drastically.

I'm having an issue with smart materials loading in as tiny pixelated tiles that fill my maps. I've tried different materials, Texel Densities, Resolutions and models. Same issue. Seemed to work fine a few days ago. It was working okay the other day. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? See screenshot.
