I think it's the pores, they look a bit too sharp and as a result the skin loses its softness Otherwise that pattern on the main article of clothing is especially excellent! Great work
Looks great! Thou the skin feels a bit too much like a "game-model", meaning it looks like skin but doesn't feel like it... can't say why and it might just be me.
Overall very good finish. Especially the eyes. BUT, if you have a chance I would encourage you to go back an rework the skin. this looks really good, but... some of the skin settings seem like they were cranked to 11, particularly the transmission, the hard red line between light and shadow is a big giveaway there.
