Like blinKX10 said, its a little slow and it would definitely benefit from transforming mid-action. He also seems to transform from the center of the screen, meaning that when he was a truck he would have been floating in mid-air. It looks a bit too slow. It also would probably be cool to have him transform in the middle of an action like diving or jumping
