Great start for your first. Some extra advice for anatomy that helped me is to do studies in zbrush as well as 2d. So doing small sculpts of body parts regularly, hands one day then feet the next etc. Not only are you learning anatomy but getting used to zbrush.

If that's really your first sculpt in Zbrush, you'll be fine for the future. There are some obvious issues with the hands and face as well as an overall muddy look to the model (means it looks lumpy in a lot of places). But other than that, it's a great first attempt!
