If that's really your first sculpt in Zbrush, you'll be fine for the future. There are some obvious issues with the hands and face as well as an overall muddy look to the model (means it looks lumpy in a lot of places). But other than that, it's a great first attempt!
My best advice for you is to hit save and open a new document to start on your second character. This particular one will never get you a job, but it is still really important piece. You learned a lot in the process and you can use what you've learned to do even better next time, and the next time.
Study up on anatomy and use a lot of reference for your next piece. I suggest making a "sketchbook" forum on this site so that you can track your progress on all future projects. After a while, you'll see how far you've come. Good luck and keep it up!
Great start for your first. Some extra advice for anatomy that helped me is to do studies in zbrush as well as 2d. So doing small sculpts of body parts regularly, hands one day then feet the next etc. Not only are you learning anatomy but getting used to zbrush.
Thanks for the input. I will surely do that. Although, I have to continue working on the piece as it is a school project (ugh), need to make a low rez model and unwrap it. I definitely need to work on the hands and face...can you clarify more on the "lumpiness" of the character....
Another thing...how much time I should dedicate on sculpting character vs creatures? Or should I focus on general anatomy? Thanks in advance

Re did some of the parts on both hi poly and final low poly, retopo in 3D Coat, textured in Substance Painter (another program I am trying to learn)
Critiques/feedbacks greatly appreciated. Now I can hit "save" and start on my second character just like jhoythottle suggested.
Thanks, I'll check the book out.
