I have an issue where the object disappears on screen using 3ds MAX 2015 (can't use 2012 version). I use the DirectX Shader and 3DS Max is on directX9. Any help is appreciated.
I updated my NVIDIA but the problem still there. On the side note I think 3dsMax is using NVIDIA as graphic card not intel (proof provides as an image below)
Integrated means the weaker Intel GPU which is on the motherboard. So that's good, it should be using the Nvidia GPU instead. You could also try updating your Nvidia driver.

OK. Try setting your graphics card to run with 3ds Max. Go to NVIDIA Control Panel. Manage 3D Settings. Program Settings. Add... 3ds Max exe. Turn on settings, and see if this helps.
