Hey all, I know the loft tool in max is notoriously tricky but I've been stuck trying to fix these splines for a couple of days now and could really use some help. For this sort of thing i would use either the 'Bevel Profile' or Sweep modifiers. -

Just an update this problem was fixed, both the path and the profile splines must be created in the same view (top) and reset xform must be collapsed on them to make sure it functions correctly. -

Yep, Toggling these options changes the position of the skin however it still isn't giving the expected result -
