@Capone This might cover a few things that are confusing about the new PBR system. There are two different methods. Spec/gloss or metalness/roughness. This page from marmoset goes over both workflows http://www.marmoset.co/toolbag/learn/pbr-conversion And you're probably not seeing much on youtube about it since it's still in beta. [edited out some incorrect info]
