90% of the time they are simple loops. Meaning that it is not a continuous fabric, but separate meshes instead. For example the top gun has ten loops while the bottom has five. Just make one, detail it and copy it a couple times, deform it a bit here and there. Add some wear and tear... and nobody can tell whether it's one…
