Blond - maybe you do get looked down on a bit more. I am not really up to date with the new trends just now ie pbr, ndo, ddo and all that, but will probably have a look soon. That's awesome, gotta do what you love! I work with an artist that's 60 years old who doesn't plan on retiring for another ten. He's a 2D artist but still doing his thing in the CG/digital world, never had the desire to be an art director/manager, just loves his craft. -

I mostly enjoy solving problems when it comes to 3d art. I like looking for new ways to do things. If that doesn't change, I think I'll be fine for the a foreseeable future, games or not :) I hope you get to work till retirement. If you will be a grandfather, your grandkids will be so proud of their hip grandpa,haha.
