Just re-baked and it looks a helluva lot better!!! There are some seams and such but that's to be expected right? I can just smudge those in photoshop i think. Thanks a ton!!!
Thanks, that thread is immensely helpful!!! So i'll try smoothing the normals and bake again. If that doesn't work then it seems like my low-poly mesh needs more poly's? Or, according to the thread, the cage wasn't right. The normals for the cage should be facing in or out? Just double-checking.

ohhhh, just took a long hard look at my normals map. Somehow the normals have polygonal shapes in them. As this is my first time making a normal map in xnormal, i didn't catch this right away.
