Hello everyone , i started to modelling but im making lowpoly first after doing it sculpted . I saw many modellers doing hi-poly/sculpt first after that doing retopology/low-poly which is better? and how to do sculpt/hi-poly first in zbrush?

nono, its not only for 3ds max, u can do curves in any 3d modeling program. for blender, just extrude the vertices with E then rotate them with R, but also remember to rotate on only 1 axis. X Y or Z. so to do that in blender, press R then X if u want to rotate it around the X axis. same thing for Y and Z axis.
