I'm trying to learn anatomy using Andrew Loomis book "Figure Drawing For All it's worth", but in the first chapter I get really lost about things like: the flat diagram and the manekin with action involved. I want to know if you guys have any suggestion of other books or any tips to learn using the loomis book.
