all right, thanks for clearing that up earthquake and thanks for the example shots. i gues i was mistaken concerning 3DO and your relation to all that.
one very small thing that bugs me is part of the navigation scheme. I use Maya and in Maya you hold Alt and Right Click to move the camera in and out. maya allows for both up and down mouse movement and side to side movement. my control scheme that I use in Maya is moving the mouse right to move the camera in and moving…
Ah, right. Cheers Joe :) Seems like using 16bit TIF stops it from allowing sRGB sampling of textures, too. Enabling the option for the slot does nothing and when you hit OK and then go back to look at the option, it remains unticked.
some phones are hard to navigate the viewer with. adding a drop down on the left side that can have easy phone rotation, zoom, move, and light rotation would really improve the experience on mobile device. right now, everyone I spoke to who used it on a phone thought they could just rotate and nothing else.
What about bringing back complex refractions? Feels silly even bringing it up. Automatic mesh reimport/reload might be a nice feature. Or maybe a right click context menu to reload selected object. Unless I'm missing something, I have to delete the object hierarchy and then file, load (ctrl-b) the mesh.

I love this thing, thanks guys. I'd like to request a picture-in-picture box that I could move around in the viewport. It would be great to have the small view set to my render camera, leaving me free to fly around the scene adjusting lights without flipping active view for the whole viewport. And/or sliders for…
All apologies if this has been suggested. I did search the forums, and look through this thread. Admittedly, I don't have the time to read through every post. (Searches brought up very few results.) Feature requests: 1. *Mesh enviro occlusion I would love it if you had room mesh that would occlude/block the environment…
Might I suggest additional features for organizing materials? Issues: Right now I have a scene with a long list of materials, and while it's alphabetical, I still have to hunt for what I'm looking for, often scrolling past it due to the large thumbnails limiting how many you can see at once without dragging the interface…
