might be cool as long as they keep it separated from the current autodesk tools by default and only integrate specific enginelinked functionality when you install the engine itself.
Since Autodesk is known for their amazing community involvement, frequent and major updates to their acquired software packages, rock solid stability in their releases, and industry leading tech, I see this game engine doing very well.
Well. All investement and innovations involve risks. Customers shouldn't be interested in paper releases, they should be interested in hard facts and software they can use. Autodesk is sitting on such huge pile of money, that could finally take some risks...
