First the fact that second set of arms are soo much farther forward on the torso than the other set of arms ( this is really elongation the pectoral muscles of the upper arm to the point that they don't make sense). I would agree with Torsoaril about the Cat -- in the concept art, the arms almost seem to attach either even with or behind the primary pair of arms, while in the sculpt they're attached towards the front of the body. It may be hard to get in and sculpt the right shapes from the correct position, but connecting the arms…
I think it's just the fact that the lower arm is so far forward. I did a paintover with a suggestion for the arm placement and how I would handle the muscle structure. Take it or leave it I am not really an expert on this stuff yet. Hope it helps!

I'm digging the concepts they have a nice balance of detail and rest in them. Looking really nice so far I would say to look at your Cat sculpt again regarding the extra arms. I still need to work on my own anatomy a lot so can't point out specifics but they feel more stuck on. Would the second set need shoulder blades…
