it would be allover lovly if there would be not only radiant and dire, but real races like for example ur naga people or i could also imagine undead, orcs, humen.. and to bring this idea to the limit those half dota map could be also made in that style of that race and in start of every dota game u get a random… -

Textures are looking really nice overall, but the feathers look a bit off. They're way too detailed and noisy, and if they look like that on a zoomed in view, they'll probably look even worse ingame. Removing the noisy strands and smoothing them out a bit would help a lot. Something like what Arty did on our QoP wings for… -

Nice !!! I think there might be some scale adjustments to be done later on with the effect as a whole, but as far as the fireballs themselves are concerned I think they are perfect - they look very, very good. Great job ! On my end I have been exploring the technical steps required in order to add an FX emitter to models… -

well.. they were fine with changing a bear into a red panda, so... :D hehe. there's also tons of examples of other hero mounts being drastically different creatures. The spell is called 'summon spirit bear', sure, but.... red panda! The idea here is half bear half goat, the bodies of both are inspired by traditional bears…
