1. Mudbox 2014 "Unknown Error"

   I'm using a student license for Mudbox, and I just downloaded 2014. When I first downloaded it, it worked just fine. The next time I tried to open it, it tells me "An unknown error has occured", then it crashes and I have to close it. I found a few "solutions" online but none of those have seemed to work, and Autodesk…

   Just tried deleting my preferences. It prompted me to pick my controls/language again, but once it got past that, same issue. I came across that autodesk link earlier and it was no help. The hardware acceleration option is greyed out for me.
