I've used blender to animate someone doing a forward roll, when the animation finishes the character is now rotated a full 360 degrees from the start and when it blends back to idle it glitches for the duration blend as it rotates back to 0 degrees. Any ideas for solutions?
Can you add an extra keyframe at the end of your animation in Blender that un-rotates the character instantly? Or have the animation not blend out at the end (simply swap to a new animation).
thanks for the replies but no luck yet, if I work it out I'll post up. Still using the legacy animation type and I tried to make sure the quaternions match up by the end of the anim but even that didn't seem to work so needs looking into more but I've move onto something else for the meanwhile. Thanks again though.
If you're using mecanim you might need to set the root transform rotation options for the animation. Try turning on bake into pose and set the offset so that the average angular y speed is 0.
