Fortnite Epic's first UE4 game
Fortnite has been announced for the PC and is suppose to be released in 2013. I'd assume this game is going to be dx11 only due to the new engine, and so far is looking great. Wasn't the entire POINT of Fortnite being UE4 because of how they reworked how the engine handles realtime changes better? such as the dynamic day and night cycle? the entire process of destroying a world and building new shit? I thought UE3 was rather, bad for such things, at least from what I experienced and saw.… -

Its not open world. If you're familiar with Warframe, it is similar to that method of getting into games & playing with people. Join a mission with up to 3 friends, get matched with others, or play solo. Super excited to get Fortnite out to the world, the game is really fun! Hoping people enjoy it, I can't wait to play on… -

So apparently you can now pre order the game to get an early access head start into the game 21 July or July 25 for everyone. https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/pre-order/standard And the trailer is just bringing up a bunch of questions, Obviously the meat of the game is about building forts and defending yourself… -
