Hey there, still studying myself, so take this with a grain of salt. Looks great so far. Although the nose probably anatomically works, it's bridge looks somewhat boring, as it shows none of the underlying structure. Right now its basically a straight line . Its not bad at all for a first go, the ear and the jaw look pretty good. I will just list off some bullet points to keep an eye on.
