Yeah the textured ones are the in game models. In some cases the textures will have been changed by riot to read better in game but it's mostly the same.

Hi its hard to judge in game with the iso camera view and the screen shots look amazing. How high is the poly count for these game models, or are the high res versions only out sourced?

Oh! Can you post the polycount/texture resolution specs from Riot? I've been having a hell of a time finding any of that...do you know what the in game model specs are? Are they different from what you've posted here?
