Hallo Im playing around with zbrush, and I have a question: I have a model and I use surface noise on the model and it looks nice, but when I export it to 3ds max the "niceness" is gone and it just look like the model I imported to zbrush. What to do?
i've been playing around surface noise effects in Zbrush recently, I can get some pretty awesome results for my Ztools, and yeah you have to sub devide a lot then click 'apply to mesh' to save the noise. But to be truthfully honest the noise is often lost when baked down to the normal map. I'm starting to think 9 times out…
