Yeah it looks like the lights are near the wall/casting light & reflections onto the wall. Try using spot lights instead of omni to control where the lights appear.
I have a rect light behind the chess pieces. It's light bleeds through the pieces and the asset looks horrible. This issue goes away if I move my camera up close to the piece. I don't know how to fix this. Please help! Here are the light settings.

This is looking pretty cool, but it's very dark. Try increasing your bounced lighting or you could use exterior moonlight to motivate some cool-temp fill light.
