Wow amazing! I was wondering if you could open up a little about your process? Respectively, what shader are you using and what did you render that in.
Root bone, weight everything that doesn't move to it. Then make extra bones which do move, and rig the respective parts. Like a character...but without all the fancy framwork.

With working conditions and publishing problems in mind, 4A deserve a lot of respect for putting out the game of this quality. It's still not very good though, but i doubt it's devs fault.
I think a great start would be to acknowledge the issue and not hand wave it away with snark and funny gifs whenever it comes up. Respect it. Talk about it. That would be a start.
Also, GTA has a very diverse cast that respects those groups, Russian imagrant, Dominican, Jewish, Arab, Puerto Rican, Jamaican, black, gay, Irish, etc.

It's Veteran's Day. I believe that is an image of the cemetery for those killed in Normandy. But yeah, crazy respect for all those who serve. My dad was in the military for 20 years.
