I think you're trying to get too much done at once, take your time, but more importantly go easy on the strength of the brush and don't use soft edge brushes all the time unless its for something like gradients. Mezz is right on the button. The 1 frame she is referring to is actually the first and last frame of your cycle. Your last frame for your feet is not the same as the first frame, so they snap a little when cycling over. Copy and Paste all the keys from the first frame to the last.
