You can also visualize the displacement by enabling the relief mapping (in the shader parameters of the 3D view).

Make sure srgb is disabled on roughness, metallic, and ao texture, and is enabled on base color maps.

Is this realtime? Enabling "screen door fade" in the material settings of the material applied to the mesh helps too.
