Looks like a good idea, here's some crits; No SSS effect on ear, skin looks a bit plastic. Stubble is inconsistent. Needs eyelashes, scars made a t same time need to have same material properties, add wetness under eyeball, fit eyelid to eyeball. Fix seam on top of head, add stubble to head. The original model had a low poly head, around 1500 perhaps, but I wanted to experiment with SSS shaders and smoother facial expressions, So i Zbrushed a new head with 6000 ish. yeah they just have alot of geometry to make up for normal map detail, and unlike other games most of the detail comes from the diffuse maps, heads don't even have a spec map, i assume they just have an overall spec value, which doesn't look bad at all, but mostly it works cuz the diffuse textures are just straight up…
