Poop: I like the design of the boots but the red color of them does seem to clash with the rest of the skin. Although it does kinda look like you were going for somewhat of a yellow to red gradient look from top to bottom with her clothing. Perhaps if you had the top of the boots fade from orange to red then they would fit…
Worked on the face some more, learned a bit more about the whole zbrush sculpting workflow. It's getting there! I think the side profiles looks a bit goofy. I took a break from sculpting to block out the clothes. I used one of zbrush's female base mesh, scrapped the breasts, tweaked the proportions and got to work. Back…
I am using refs for the clothing, though a big difficulty for me is trying to find the exat words for the type of clothing I am looking for. "Midriff T Shirt" helps, but just typing in "jacket" into google doesn't bring up the short style I am looking for. I think the blobbiness is because I'm not using the Selyws Cloth…
miguelnarayan Lipstick? Well i might made a wrong color decision. About clothes, i used leather texture. He has the same material in the game. Thank you for your time and critic :) gustavotorqueto Yes, i thought about expression too at some point... but i guess was too carried away because of details that i made. This is…
GILESRUSCOE- thank you. Yes, basic shape was made in Marvelous Designer. This was my first attempt on making cloth in this program. Bigger folds are generated. MCGILLCHRIS - thanks man. The thing with the hood (actually it is a piece of cloth) is that I'm not sure if it'll be present in final render. You are the second…
Nice looking concept although i think you are missing the point of batman, batman is supposed to use the darkness, take advantage of the shadows and use the element of surprise of his enemies. Shiny, clunky and noisy plate armor goes contrary to that...I would personally go the path of the main character from assasins creed…
Cloth isn't bad. I think the overall lumpiness and poor facial anatomy are of bigger concern. For the whole model I recommend working at a lower subdivision level to avoid the lumpiness. You should drop subdivisions now and smooth out the lumpiness. For the cloth I recommend blocking in the large forms at a low subdivision…
Hm... having sculpted some cloth in the past, i dont really feel comfortable with the scuffs and rips on the clothing. they rather look like scuffs/scratches on plastic, metal or clay Same goes with the fabric pattern on the cloth, its way tooo big. Makes it look like being made from haversacks. Will you give him some…
This evening's work - more clothing blocking! Everything is just mashed in for now. Once I've finalised the silhouettes, I'll take the clothing into 3D Coat for retopo, and then I can add all the detail I need with nice, clean, unified meshes. Some redline scribbles below. I want the silhouette to be stronger, it's…
Updated first post with the latest :) they made us do a maked model just to prove we can and now we delete the sections under clothes and model the low poly clothes. First image is persp just to show the general shape, 2-4 are topology for 1 and 5th is the current state of the deletion and dupextracting and changing to…
