OBS + Da Vinci Resolve 16 aswell. They are free and very good. OBS can use Nvenc, using the nvidia GPU. -

I think( not 100% sure) that the max polycounts are: StaticMesh: 65535 ( 16 bit index) SkelMesh : 4,294,967,295 ( 32 bit index) -
