If you're going for the RAM, definitely get the PC3200. The speed difference is worth it. I don't think there's all that much difference between getting a 1gb stick, or two 512 sticks, probably just the price. The main thing to make the eyes meaner is to to make it curved. You'll want the section of the "eyebrow" to be sticking out, the eyes hiding under that.
