I have been having some lighting issues, the light is only is reflecting on the door, but not the object on top of the door. EDIT: Nevermind, turns out there was a naughty alpha channel in my diffuse messing something up.
Shouldn't the ramp be on the side with cargo? I was thinking of putting some tool shelves and a doors on the right. Another door would be on the catwalk. Also maybe a flag of some sort on the back wall instead of the vent thing.
Yea when they say that, just get up and walk out. Or ask where the bathroom is at, and bolt for the front door the second they open the door. Everyone already working there will think "lucky bastard, he got away".
"I noticed at my address that my front door was open" LMAO ! you mean you check on google map to see if your front door is opened. Did you check if the oven was "off" too ?
I Have only been 3D modelling for 1 semester, and I wanted to show a few of the projects I have started to work on. I have never done any form of art before for any length of time, and I have never considered myself to have an aptitude for art, so I am not expecting that these are actually any good. These are all low poly,…
very nice, all that stuff feels like it really was pushed down by gravity and decay, rather than being placed there. i hope that current doors are placeholders and that you will make proper doors like ones on the photo.
There is going to be a light coming from the structure above the door, illuminating the door itself. I like the idea of another light somewhere in the environment though. That's very helpful Mechadus, thanks for the input both of you. Keep it coming
Nice start. Small crit: You need to give the heavy bolters room to turn out. They can't turn at the moment as the side doors are in the way. If you look on the model the doors are inset to allow for this. red
Personally I'd make an atlas for building details, such as windows, doors and whatnot, and use tiling textures for the roof and walls. I'd cut the windows and doors into the geometry itself and assign the atlas material on them. Is that feasible?
