There are no textures. In 3ds max, is there anyway to join 2 objects without them cutting into each other? I don't want any new cuts made, just 2 objects joined as one.

Don't go huge stretches of work without being paid..especially with new clients..invoice every 2 weeks..and 2 weeks from invoice should be plenty of time to get paid.
Actually, after discussing with a friend, i wonder if the 3rd announcement is a combination of the previous 2. Maybe presenting an 'official' box (merging the 2 prev together). And that announcement will include the specs/controller/name.
how does an intuos 5 compare to an intuos 2 in terms of feel etc. I have had my intuos 2 for a few years now and its ok, but wondered if it was worth upgrading
