Well, rigging - I hardly know about that. But skinning - definitely one of the wakeup calls for me when I evaluated alternatives to Max. After years of dealing with that Skin-modifier (or does anyone remember that abomination called Physique?) trying out Blender felt like I was finally using an app not stuck in the 1990's.… -

Those typefaces do not work with your setting Warhammer is this 1920 / World war 1 / Gothic setting, and you need to go bold and with serifs. Blackletter maybe, that sort of thing. .3ds is a shitty format. Take it from me, I've been using the 3ds software line (3ds Max, 3D Studio, etc.) since the early 1990's, back when it was in DOS. The .3ds format has all kinds of limitations and bugginess. Better to use another format, if you can. Like FBX or OBJ. -

The city itself looks OK but the weirdness comes from the ambience, there being only like 2 unique NPCs, reskinned and all wearing the same 1940s style attire; also the fact that there's no cars except taxis, making very scripted turns. Trying to make moves with cloth sculpting, but I hate it. First time I've tried it with a reference of what I want, and it just doesn't seem to be doing it for me. Too light and puffy for a rough, 1940's jacket. Long way ahead. I'll just keep picking at this model, seeing what I can do. -

The video is uncompressed, absolute maximum quality, so using that information we can determine the file size: A 1920*1080 bitmap is 7.9MB, you have 30 bitmap frames per second so that's 237MB, and you have 36 seconds of footage, so that's going to total 8532MB.
