It's still very early to critize, but few things that I noticed is both the texture and geometry of the trees.. they dont fit the blizz style. And maybe it's just me, but the candles could be optimized a lot more. oh and why would someone put candles outside in the winter? :) other than that it's looking good.
I'm really tempted, but only getting it by August next year is just way too long. By then Makerbot or another company might have come up with something new. I'd love to have it for the winter as well :/ And yes afaik this laser method is much more precise than extruded plastic.
Late update! I am about to take it in a different direction, but here is where I last left off! I am removing trundle as they do not go well together environment-wise. Hopefully I can get this done in time for the contests end since it is almost winter break :)
It's been on my wishlist since I first saw it added to Steam, the atmosphere is really incredible and the story seems very interesting too. I was going to wait until the winter sale to pick it up since I already picked up a bunch of games that I need to finish first!

Thanks Carvuliero, I will make this correction for sure. I continued to work on her putting news cloth for the winter, she’s maybe need some accessories to go to the adventure =) . I like to arrange more the fold particularly on the jacket and finish the pant. I'll love to hear your thought about her.
Thanks very much man! I'd like to ask what you mean about style critiques? Thank you! This is a great idea haha, an animated wallpaper would be awesome. I should of posted it in the winter when everyone is in more of a snowy mood. I may just use this for a holiday card :)
I like the concept and I even like your sculpt more! The lower part of the body/the pants look very nice but I think the head could be more interesting. The concept`s head is quite punk/stylish while your version with the beanie reminds me more of a winter outfit.
Hehe, funny. Reminds me of the old '79 thunderbird my mother used to have. The back breaks went out during the winter time. Had to put it in neutral to stop the car on a snowy street or else it just turned into a sled with the front tires locking up and the back tires still spinning.
Quick bump here. I will be picking up this project again now that I'm on winter break and have my other projects squared away. Dirty Tex is now #1 priority on what to finish. I'm bumping to see if there are any additional critiques on where he's at right now before continuing.
