Hello, well sometimes you do see the bottom of a plant. For example, when you are walking in a forest with very tall trees. They are also there just in case somebody wants the actual scanned underside on their plant, or to get the unique values of the underside for an automatic shader :) .
Good way to force me into doing sports. Just sad that it's really boring if you don't live in the middle of the city, There's freaking nothing in my suburb except weedle and pidgey. I have a huge field and a forest, other things should spawn :(
Update, playing around with more effects, thinking of ways to get some more Z axis movement into the piece, was thinking her bow could be drawing on the energy of the forest, might be a bit too much tho so will continue to experiment for other solutions
I like the ones of the forest. The weather really is so nice these last days, makes me wanna go out with my camera aswell. I live close to the dunes, couple hundred meters or so, should make for some jazzy shots.
Decided against going with the forest temple look, instead focusing more on the facade itself. I only have a handful of changes I want to make before I start texturing it proper and do some in engine renders.
looks really good danny. i really like the asian forest. in addition to what firecracker said, you may want to show some of your UV/texture layouts for some assets.. definitely for the houses that youve got.

I was just watching CNN and they said that, for now, GDC is still on. But, you should probably watch it 24/7 just to get the latest updates. You know, in case all of San Francisco burns down. . . in a forest fire.
In the image below is a cropped concept for the forest of our game(left=normal/ right=brightened) .. And this is what i have now in Unity. The models are rough the textures aren't. So what are you thinking i'm doing wrong? Also here are my textures.
