This is a Forgeworld version of the model. Not sure whether that means it replaces an existing model in the standard 40k range, but it's probably why it looks different to the older version. -

I don't see it on mine, stock chrome on android 4.3. I've used that feature happen on other webpages but it dosen't work on the polycount forum. -

I agree with Emar, you could build a 400 poly version in less time then it would take you to reduce the 2000 poly version. -
