I went to see him in 1980 and 1981 at wembely arena. He was amazing then at his best. I was only 11 but really had a great time. million pound light show and all that. I just remember him drinking a can of coke and driving around the stage in this pyramid car thing

The title might be a bit off base, but does anyone know why nearly all war-like games use the same guns with the same scopes? I googled sights and scopes and found 101 scopes and a plethora of weaponry, yet i see the same things. Please enlighten me, i don't think i got the memo.

In that Handplane video on page 1, I understand that the UV layout for the left sphere causes the vertex count to double. The author states that the resulting tri count is 107 while the original was 96. However, I count 15 edges where the UVs lie. Shouldn't the resulting tri count be 111?
One really nifty feature in Krita is the wraparound tool, makes painting seamless textures easy. You just press 'w', then enable open gl in settings to visualize the repeating effect. I had been doing this previously in blender. http://krita.org/item/196-new-wraparound-tool
