Shrike nailed it. (Btw Shrike I think that font is called Birth of a Hero; I remember using it years ago when I first discovered downloadable fonts :p) Modeling overall is very nice, but yah try and add more story to the damage. Very inspiring work and makes me want to model a suit :p
Danke!! :) I did this for an art test today and somewhere. Ok so this is first time for me painting cartoon, I am not used to it but I had Chiu as ref. So here is a baby cat dreaming of being a hero and thinks he can defeat the bear by playing a brave knight. But unfortunately things goes wrong.
I think if the HUD is hero themed you need to go all out or not at all. As in theme it either as ice OR tusk not somewhere in between. This one is certainly more appropriate than the last one, keep up the good work! Also you can probably keep your posts in a single 'zefs workshop' type thread.
Hey this is really cool. The texture job looks nice and crisp, good translation. My only issue is that I don't know if it is a girl or a guy. I'm leaning more to a girl but you'll never know with all the feminine male heroes in all the square games. Awesome stuff though, show us wires and textures pls :)
[/QUOTE] I like #3 for the multiple compositions that can be brought out of this as well as the various destroyed textures that i can attempt to paint, even further the story that one can tell in here is amazing...whose basement is this? a serial killers? an old war hero's? a comic book nerd hacker hideout? the ideas to me…
seriously? man cave? its called a basement, or its called a garage. man cave sounds like little boy super hero masturbatory fantasies. more on topic: adams family pinball. best. pinball. machine. ever. http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=20 [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsnzDXXSURU[/ame]
I love being the reckless hero in fights, jumping out of full impulse right above the enemy fleet and unload a full load of photon torpedoes onto them, and then start the pewpew, but everyone else just seems content to stand at a safe distance and pewpew at them. 240degree phasers ftw, that's how they rolled in the…
Doing the Mononoke body led me a little off track. Some fun with body types here. Didn't spend too long on these. Spellbinder Footman Hero Gonna do two more: The Bludger and the Runner. Then maybe some female versions. Still gonna work on the Mononoke project though. Just figured this was good practice.
This is technically sound and looks pretty good, but you have probably one of the most boring silhouette's a "hero" character could have. I'm having a lot of trouble finding out where you spent 12,000 tris. I would try to push the silhouette a bit more and you'd have yourself a really nice piece.
its a mix of suda's new project with ga.org "zombify a video game character" just finished playing no more heroes, so i definitely wanted to make a sexy zombie out of sylvia. i kept the gore and bones to a minimum to not loose completely the sexy woman that's inside her. =D any ideas about the model and or texture?
