I forgot to say the day is broken up into 2.5 hours in the morning and afternoon. You don't have to stick to this and you could just teach in the morning and then do a help out in the afternoon. Basically run the week how ever you would like too. 10 - 11.15am Break 11.45-1pm Lunch 2-3.15pm Break 3.45 - 5pm -

I haven't had much time to 3D today, so I'll just upload the little i've got done to not leave the day empty but today mesh is part of tomorrow's (hopefully tomorrow i'll have the time) . It's one of those cleaning things found on shinto shrines. The model is around 240 verts and i could probably reduce it further. -

tnx guys slipsius: thats what im doing at the same time :p The colors are done with polypaint inside zbrush Karl: no i dont but i'm going to look into a way to make it automatic since its always the same process, also the videos are sped up a lot, the sculpts take between 2,5 - 4 hours latest one was the fastest -

Yes. Took me 2.5 years to find it. Hard to say if stylized is any fewer or more frequent than anything else. Prioritize realistic sculpts if you want to work in that style for a whole production. Do it so you can expand your range. It depends. If you feel like doing other thing besides character art. -

I finished the new skin and tweaked the model a bit, its now at 240 polygons Time for another mini-pimp: Im calling this done, so I can move on to another oddworld character Thanks for the help/tips on this one guys! I really feel like the texture improved a lot! (C&C is still welcome tho ) -

Most of the major commercial Blender projects I am aware of started out by putting a Blender developer on staff to make sure that they didnt run into any unfixable technical problems.
