One that only activates when a key is held for a certain amount of time (in microseconds, not seconds). A way to have one hotkey be able to do one thing when tapped and another when held. Awesome, I really like it! Nice work! I find it a bit odd that you angled those two pieces in the center of your UV layout, instead of rotating them to be flat. There are a lot of lines that are diagonally aliased and would be much more crisp if they where straight. They would also survive a dreaded down res or hold up… -

I would use vertex painting for this. Avoids the need for a second UV, and another texture for the mask. Plus it can be unique per building, without adding a new mask texture for each building.
