hello!i want extruding a face along the curve?What is the algorithm or math formulas for this work? I can not control the rotations. -

For this assignment we have to create a building using modular assets that snap together. in maya you could also extrude a group of circles along a spline, than apply some twist to it. -

or,- in the poly modifier choose path extrude with a planar cylinder cap- pick the spline and adjust the interpolation settings. -

extrude along a spline, it makes it much easier to have the tape actually wrap over/under itself. -

Unfortunately Editable Poly still can't handle extruded hair planes, only Editable Mesh can. :(
