Spicy Jam Subway Station - Modular Modelling

For this assignment we have to create a building using modular assets that snap together. Earlier this year I made a game concept titled Spicy Jam so will be recreating one of the environments (the Subway/underground) for this project. I didn't get to make concept art so got advice to pick an existing train station to base it off of (loosely). The ones I picked were this photo:

and then clapham junction platform 12,11 for scale (mainly the stairs).

Below is me trying to picture the final outcome/ my next steps. This makes the process easier for me as I can see how the pieces will all connect to one another, what's necessary and what can be removed.

I went back into Maya. I'm still a beginner so I knew I would have to flick back and forth between maya and unreal but not that much cause I kept on doing silly things like exporting it with the pivot in the wrong place, and so on and so forth.

My next steps are to go back and adjust a few things with my blockout like:  resizing the ceiling extrusions so  that the columns on the right can fit (and look like they're supporting something), the width of the stairs, readjust the staircase landing tiles etc.

This is my current modular kit (the train above is downloaded from Sketchfab - timblewee)

Assets: staircase, stair add on, staircase floor landing tile, door open/doorclosed/windowpane (same dimensions), ceiling, ceiling staircase area, light, column, floor tiles, rail track, width and length side building covers and wall. Once I'm happy with the blockout and how everything snaps together I can start modelling with these dimensions.

I'm planning on adding a set for some pipes then for props: some wires, a bin and a bench for props.
