My knowledge of anatomy is shaky at best, but the pinching at the bottom of his throat just strikes me as unnatural. Everything else is ace. The exaggerated lower lip adds a lot of character; I wouldn't change it.
This is looking solid and polished, reminds me of blood knights from Warhammer. The contrast seems a bit high though, I did some edits in photoshop that might look better. I don't have much experience with characters though, so take it with a pinch of salt.
From the wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_ATA) "Unlike PATA, the same connectors are used on 3.5-inch SATA hard disks for desktop and server computers and 2.5-inch disks for portable or small computers; this allows 2.5-inch drives to be used in desktop computers with only a mounting bracket and no wiring adapter."…
@Snowinchina - Beautiful setup. Although I think your desk legs may benefit from these :D The 1.5" would fit pretty well. Hi All, I've been out of 3D for a while and am getting back into modelling again but i'm very rusty. I have a rounded corner that I want to cut a hole in but I cant remember how to do it without it pinching. I've attached a picture to highlight my problem. Thanks Mark
I am trying to use sweep to make some cables for my model. I have the shape and line set up, but when I do the modifier it ends up like this: It is a lot larger than the original shape I picked It also had wierd pinching errors: the original line and shape:
Lovely work! One of my favorite ship models from the series. Assuming this is the OG model of the A wing from the original trilogy, those engines actually pinch in a bit towards the front. I would make that adjustment to make it a LITTLE more accurate to the movie version.
Its the high. OP: you've got some wonky geometry in a few spots here and there that you should fix, causing pinching/shading errors with your sub-d work. Most obvious being the stuff on the charging handle that would be right in your face in FPV.
Looks like you've got some artifacts in the barrel area, around those little indents/holes. Looking at your HP they're pretty visible there, you're getting some tearing/pinching all around those holes. Other than that it's coming along nicely!
Trying to get this little guy to sit without stretching all to hell or pinching into himself horribly! Are there any ways to improve the topology any at this size or is this about as good as it gets? (He has eyes trust me, they're just not a part of the biped rig so not shown.)
