the technology requires an LCD screen, a graphics card and a flash memory to store the image. with some technical know how, you could probably build one yourself for about 250$.

Nice design, I hope you can manage to fit it into Lod1 limit which is 250. One suggestion might be getting ride of the holes and make the handle more of a straight bar.
I'll chime in to say it's worked perfectly for me on Vista 64, dual core, 4gb ram, initially an nvidia 7950 GX2, and now a GTS 250. No issues. Latest nvidia drivers.
