This is where I'm at right now, still very WIP. Textured in Mari and rendered with vray for 3ds max. Used zbrush to create pore details. Critics and comment are more then welcomed!
It looks good and gorey, whoever did all the blood did a good job. The mood lighting and constant flickering lights really starts FUCKING WITH YOUR HEAD.
