Get a tablet best invention ever, or the cintiq if you hot the money for it. pretty good for no tablet. Just slope the boobs from the clavicle it is just a touch high. -

there are tablet properties in zbrush maybe look there. i cant remember exactly where they are, but its one of the dropdown menus from the top (probably preferences>tablet) -

Unless you're doing vector painting, painting with a mouse won't help. So you may want to start getting a tablet, any tablet, even a bamboo works. -

Modbook tablet. Basically a macbook 13" converted to a tablet pc. I only use it for zbrush, 3dcoat and photoshop/sketchbook pro though. It's basically my portable sketch/sculpt tool. -

frell I think it's VERY hard to make hand painted textures without tablet I recommend to buy one - Wacom Bamboo for example - good tablet,low price -

Wacom tablets don't require a pen touch for cursor location. You can hover over the tablet and the cursor/mouse will follow your movement. From there its just hand eye coordination.
