hmmm looks like the whole image just got darker lol, heres me playing with the brightness in Ps Not perfect but it conveys what i was trying to say. I dunno bake in some Ao to soften the harshness Hmm looks like your images are pretty dark than usual. Maybe your monitor is not well calibrated :| ?

tried all these normal map render tools and found nothing that could beat max for troublefree handling of floating and tiny bits and control over output. i always turn off cage and ray miss check for the first pass. only if problems arise, i turn on cage, fix that particular area and compose in PS.

So i was working on my model with activate symmetry on and everything was fine, until i masked an area and moved my center line. I was wondering if there was any way to get symmetry back from this. So say I have a texture like the one pictured above. It's essentially one type of material on top of another. In this case, rocks over top of sand.
